Fantastic stay! Gorgeous rooms and facilities. I fell ill during our stay and Mariette and the team were amazing – they sorted a doctors appointment for me and arranged for us to stay many more nights than planned! Couldn’t recommend more. Thank you

I stayed at Baruch for a week whilst in the region for a wedding. Mariette and all of the staff were wonderful. They couldn’t do enough for me. The breakfast is amazing and rooms beautiful and perfectly clean. I only wish I stayed longer! Highly recommend!

We will be back!

Our stay at Baruch was amazing. The staff above everything were a highlight for my wife and I – EVERYONE was so friendly and really made sure that we were comfortable. The attention to detail was brilliant. The rooms are clean and comfortable with everything you need and nothing you don’t. The location is also great because you are away from the buzz but you are 5 minutes away from all the coffee and great food you can imagine.

We will definitely be back at this beautiful guest house!

This is the second time I have stayed at Baruch Guest House. I absolutely love it! It is so warm and friendly, the staff are amazing. It is an ideal location for walking distance to the hospital and it makes it very easy to support a loved one undergoing care in the Winelands Clinic. It is also a really special place to stay even if not needing the clinic!! I will definitely go back, and would recommend it to anyone!

A week in Baruch Guest House

My wife and I spent a week at Baruch Guesthouse in Stellenbosch. Everything was superb, amazing staff and great location with decent restaurants and hospital close by. Thank you very much Mariette and Yvonne you made our stay a great pleasure. Your kindness and consideration was reflected in the flowers you brought my wife the day after her surgery. I would recommend this guest house to anybody considering a place to stay in Stellenbosch.

Absolutely Splendid

Excellent, friendly and efficient staff, the Manager, Mariette was not only helpful but went that extra mile and organised our room to suit our needs, as my mother was due to have a shoulder replacement done the next morning. Location of this beautiful establishment where your every need is met is close to all amenities – Hospital, restaurants, shops. Positioned in a very safe environment, peaceful and the breakfasts delicious and lovingly prepared by Janet. Highly recommend Baruch and just to add another bonus – the tariffs are affordable considering the luxury you experience. Well done – we will certainly visit again. Carol and Sylvia

Conference at Baruch

Last week I held a training conference at Baruch for 3 days and I wish to thank the ladies for all of their assistance and help. The room was set up each morning with paper, pens, pencils and tic tacs and the media and IT facilities worked excellently. When my netbook didn’t connect to the projector, the ladies of Baruch rushed to lend me their laptop to work from. Water was provided for each individual and during breaks tea and coffee with cakes or biscuits were also provided. Hester and Natalie were very professional and always on time.
I also stayed at the Guest House during my conference and I have to say that I felt more like I was staying with friends, the welcome and service was so sincere and lovely. The food was wonderful and big portions and I felt like a friend by the time I left.

Baroque in beautiful Stellies

Highly recommend this old house on a quiet street in Stellenbosch, a R42 uber ride to your meeting or a wine farm. Decor baroque sumptuous and beds enormous and comfortable with firm, yes please, pillows ! I had an upstairs room with big balcony and it was a very warm June day, door open was lovely. Big shower, and lovely selection of teas , mini bar, good quality wifi and professional welcome from Bryony. Mariette helped us with a key mix up so calmy most resourceful lady and despite this being a very busy business stay I managed to enjoy a brief hiatus. Breakfast is a calm affair where we both could work while a lovely spread was offered. Light options available. It may sound trite but I felt like a “guest”. A must on your next trip to Stellenbosch

Comfy bed with great quality bed linen, lovely small pool and garden area, fantastic staff, great Wifi everywhere and breakfasts to die for. Location good in quiet, residential area. Felt very safe.
